Cleaning your shades:

Maintain the appearance of your natural shades by vacuuming them occasionally with a brush attachment. Avoid using water, solvents, or harsh cleaning agents, as improper cleaning can cause damage and may void the warranty.

• Dusting: Use a feather duster for regular cleaning.
• Forced air: Blow away dirt and debris using clean compressed air.
• Vacuuming: Use a low-suction vacuum with a soft brush attachment, gently gliding it over the shade to remove dust and debris.

  • After unboxing, you only need to install the brackets and hang up the shades, then the shades will just function normally.
  • Please do not fiddle with the lifting mechanism behind the shades, otherwise the shades will be damaged and can not function.
  • Shades are made by natural materials, which may be discolored over time.
  • It's normal that the final shades differs a little from the sample books.
  • Natural materials grow in nature into various shapes, long or short, straight or curved, so each bamboo shade has its own distinctive texture.
    It is recommended to add edge bindings, otherwise the edge materials may fall off. If this occurs, just cut it off.
  • Due to the influence of temperature, humidity, light and other factors involved in the process, there will be slight differences in color from batch to batch.

Return Time Limit
Any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt.

Return shipping fees?
Depending on the reason for return, once your return is approved, you should be responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund you the products cost when we receive the returns.
Refunds = Order amount - (Handling + Packing + Shipping Fee), that account for 20% of order amount. Finally, you get the refund amount, 80% of order amount.
