Order Help

Just follow these easy steps:
1.Customize Your Product:Select your desired product and fill in all options, such as
color, size, lining, or other customizations. Adjust the quantity as needed.
2.Add to Cart:Once you've customized your item, click “Add to Cart" to save it.
3.Confirm Your Order:Review your item. Adjust the quantity or remove any item if needed. When you're ready, click “CHECK OUT" to proceed.
4.Enter Shipping & Payment Details:Provide your shipping address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information.
5.Place Your Order:Review your order, apply a discount code if you have one, and click "Pay now" to complete your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Customized Drapes Lead Time

Standard shipping : 10-12 days.

Express shipping : 3-7 days.

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within.

If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at support@texturecurtains.com to confirm the time frame and order it in advance.

Once order(s) are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with carrier.

Orders & Returns

Once order was picked up by carrier, our system will send you email to advise carrier and tracking number. You may visit carrier offical website to mornitor your package. You are able to work with carrier to make appointment of delivery time. You can track your oder here.

Fabric swatches and sample booklets are not returnable. For more information, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

Any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. We remind you to check the products as soon as you receive them. If the products come defective when they arrive, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt at support@neutralcurtains.com. We need you to provide the shipping label of the package, and photos to prove the package's status. We will inspect the products and if we agree with you that the products are defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.

Payment

Any duties and VAT are on your side. The duties fees and VAT depend on thetax laws of your country custom.

For all products excluding made-to-order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the orders are shipped. Once order are shipped, you will be advised with carrier name and tracking number.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours (workday) of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 25% of the product price.

Orders will not be accepted to be cancelled once orders are shipped.

Made-to-order products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
