Cancellation Policy

For all products excluding made-to-order items

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment or within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, you will be advised of the carrier name and tracking number.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Made-to-order products

• For cancellation or change requests made more than 12 hours after payment confirmation, including changes to size, color, or material, the customer will be responsible for 25% of the product price.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

All cancellation and change request timeframes are based on Pacific Time (US & Canada).
