Please use a Type-C cable with adequate length for charging. You can optionally choose our 196.85'' cord if a longer cord is needed.
Note: It’s recommended to fully charge the shade before first use, which may take up to 6 hours.
On a full charge, the battery typically lasts 4-6 months, depending on usage frequency and shade size.
The lifespan of the battery depending on usage, we have customer using the battery more than five years.
The built-in lithium battery can not be replaced. When it reaches the end of its lifespan, the motor (which contains the battery) can be replaced.
