Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight size variations of approximately 0.4 inches may occur.

Note: Curves are evenly distributed across the shade based on the ordered width. Narrower curves create shallower arcs. For a more pronounced arc, each curve should be at least 20" wide.

- For 100% blackout outside mount shades, please select the front valance. Back valance may let light in from the sides, since the headrail depth is around 2 inches.
- Custom Valance: The default valance height is 6", with a minimum of 3". For any size between 3"–6", please leave an order note.

- After unboxing, you only need to install the brackets and hang up the shades, then the shades will just function normally.
- Please do not fiddle with the lifting mechanism behind the shades, otherwise the shades will be damaged and can not function.
- Shades are made by natural materials, which may be discolored over time.
- It's normal that the final shades differs a little from the sample books.
- Due to the influence of temperature, humidity, light and other factors involved in the process, there will be slight differences in color from batch to batch.

Before measuring, consider whether you want an inside or outside mounted window treatment. If inside, you’ll need to make sure your window is square by measuring horizontally at the top, center and bottom, vertically along both sides and center, and diagonally. Important: Never machine wash, hand wash, or immerse your Roman shades in water, as this can cause shrinkage, fading, or structural damage.
