Note on Deduction
- Order Width = Actual Inside Window Width
- Order Height = Inside Window Height
- Recommended window frame depth: 2 inches.
- Our factory will apply at least a 3/8" deduction from the total width. Please do not make any deductions on your end. This deduction applies to the headrail width, not the fabric width.
- lf the width has a 1/16" or 1/32" increment, round it down to the nearest 1/8".
- Order Width = Outside Window Width + 4-6 inches
- Order Height = Outside Window Height +4 inches
- No minimum depth requirement.
- Please add 4 to 6 inches to the measured width of the sash to avoid light gaps.
- It is recommended to mount the shade at least 4 inches above the window frame.

Before measuring, consider whether you want an inside or outside mounted window treatment. If inside, you’ll need to make sure your window is square by measuring horizontally at the top, center and bottom, vertically along both sides and center, and diagonally. We offer 3 warranty options:
● 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers parts replacement for any defective components
● 3-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the entire system. If any issues arise within three years, the system can be replaced free of charge.
● 5-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the entire system. If any issues arise within five years, the system can also be replaced free of charge.
We recommend the following care steps to keep your Neutral Curtains Roman shades looking their best:
1.Regular dusting: Use a feather duster or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment to gently remove surface dust on a weekly basis.
2.Spot cleaning: For minor stains, lightly dab the affected area with a soft, damp cloth using mild soap and water. Do not rub or scrub, as this may damage the fabric.
3.Deep cleaning: For a thorough clean, we recommend professional dry cleaning services specialized for window treatments.
Important: Never machine wash, hand wash, or immerse your Roman shades in water, as this can cause shrinkage, fading, or structural damage.
Tip: Always test any cleaning method on a small, inconspicuous area of the fabric first.
No. For inside mount shades, our factory will deduct the necessary clearance for you. Simply place your order with the exact window measurement — we'll handle the rest.
The minimum depth varies by lift type:
● Standard Corded / Cordless / Continuous Cord Loop: 2"
● Motorized Shades: 2½"
● Top Down Bottom Up (Corded / Cordless): 2"
● Top Down Bottom Up (Cordless): 1⅞"
● French Door Shades: 1⅜"
