Custom items are not produced until you place your order. Once they are completed our workroom sends them to our warehouse where they are quality checked and shipped on to you. Custom items ship within 7-12 days unless otherwise noted.
Expedited Shipping Rushing Order Request
We accept order rush if you are willing to pay additional charges. Expedited shipping mean that we finish production within 2 days, then plus 3-6 days express shipping by DHL, FedEx expedited saver shipping method to ensure your reipet of order within 5-8days.
Because each item is custom-made to your measurements and design choices, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind.
If you have a quality or accuracy issue (wrong product, size, color, damage, or defect), please contact us within 30 days of delivery — we’ll remake, replace, or repair at no cost.
