Custom Order
Custom items are not produced until you place your order. Once they are completed our workroom sends them to our warehouse where they are quality checked and shipped on to you. Custom items ship within 7-21 days unless otherwise noted.
Expedited Shipping Rushing Order Request
We accept order rush if you are willing to pay additional charges (normally account for 20% of your order amount). Expedited shipping mean that we finish production within 3 days, then plus 2-5 days express shipping by DHL, FedEx, UPS expedited saver shipping method to ensure your reipet of order within 7-10 days.
We wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.
We requires that you notify us that you want to return all or part or your order within 30 days of receiving your items. We also ask that you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization #. You can request an RMA by writing to us.

All of our panels, with the exception of a few of our curtain sold per pair, are sold as singles. If you need a total of 2 panels, you need to add a quantity of 2 panels into your cart.

Our order arrived the wrong size, but we were sent replacements at no cost. The tension rod option did not come with directions, and a few screws were missing from the bracket mount option. Rose, however, was very helpful to work out all of our issues.

The large bamboo shade arrived almost a year ago, but was not installed until the room in the remodel was ready fall 2025. In a few months, the mechanism to raise the shade lost tension. I sent photos and a video to them, and they immediately offered to replace the shade and with an improved mechanism. It arrived quickly, beautiful as the original, and so far is working perfectly. They even said no tariffs on the replacement. Beautiful product, perfectly measured, and good company which stands behind its product with no hassle.

Customer service was exceptional. They tried to resolve the issue through a series of instructional options and when those didnt work they simply replaced the shade. They were friendly and very easy to work with. I was very impressed with the level of service!
