Please email us your order number, the product(s) requiring adjustment (including room label if any), the quantity, and the correct finished size(s).
Terms for Fit Protection
✔The Fit Protection is valid only for that specific window treatment and cannot be transferred to any other one.
✔Fit Protection cannot be bought after the order has been placed or once the product has been delivered.
✔Fit Protection can only be used to adjust the size of the window treatment.
✔Products covered by FIT Protection are eligible for only one size change.
