Note:

  • After unboxing, you only need to install the brackets and hang up the shades, then the shades will just function normally.
  • Please do not fiddle with the lifting mechanism behind the shades, otherwise the shades will be damaged and can not function.
  • Shades are made by natural materials, which may be discolored over time.
  • It's normal that the final shades differs a little from the sample books.
  • Natural materials grow in nature into various shapes, long or short, straight or curved, so each bamboo shade has its own distinctive texture.
    It is recommended to add edge bindings, otherwise the edge materials may fall off. If this occurs, just cut it off.
  • Due to the influence of temperature, humidity, light and other factors involved in the process, there will be slight differences in color from batch to batch.
  • Wipe Clean.

Return Time Limit
Any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt.

Return shipping fees?
Depending on the reason for return, once your return is approved, you should be responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund you the products cost when we receive the returns.
Refunds = Order amount - (Handling + Packing + Shipping Fee), that account for 20% of order amount. Finally, you get the refund amount, 80% of order amount.

Inside Mount

  • Order Width = Actual Inside Window Width
  • Order Height = Inside Window Height
  • Recommended window frame depth: 2.5 inches for standard shades and 3-5 inches for top down bottom up shades.
  • The width will be reduced by 3/8" on our side during production to better fit windows. (subtract 3/8 inches on our side)

  • Please add 2 to 4 inches to the measured width of the sash to avoid light gaps.

Roman shades can be inside mounted or outside mounted.
Considering the window frame depth is the first step.

  1. Min. Inside Mount Depth Requires 3-5 inches
  2. Headrail Size: 1 3/8 inches H x 3 3/8 inches D
  3. Valance height:
      When shade height is 18 inches and over = 6 inches; When shade height is less than 18 inches = 4 inches
  4. Bracket Size: 1 3/8 inches H x 1 7/8 inches D
  5. Pointed Screw Length: 1 3/8 inches
  6. Flat Head Screw Length: 1 1/3 inches
