● Shade material: Made of 100% polyester, 250 gsm.

● Cordless lift system: Hunter Douglas® Cordless System.
● Corded lift system: For tall or hard-to-reach windows, a corded option may be more suitable.
● Maximum headrail width: 98 inches.
● Inside mount: A clean, built-in look, 2 3/8 inches minimum depth requirement. 3/8 inch deduction taken at your actual measuring to ensure the side does not touch the edges tightly. Note there will be slight gaps on sides due to fabric deductions. For more light blockage, consider ordering as outside mount. Order width = Window casing width minus 3/8 inch.
● Outside mount: A taller appearance. Outside window frame. No minimum depth requirement. We recommend ordering additional width 2-4 inches to prevent light gaps on the sides of your window.
● All of our panels, with the exception of a few of our curtain sold per pair, are sold as singles. If you need a total of 2 panels, you need to add a quantity of 2 panels into your cart.

Note:
- After unboxing, you only need to install the brackets and hang up the shades, then the shades will just function normally.
- Please do not fiddle with the lifting mechanism behind the shades, otherwise the shades will be damaged and can not function.
- Shades are made by natural materials, which may be discolored over time.
- It's normal that the final shades differs a little from the sample books.
- Due to the influence of temperature, humidity, light and other factors involved in the process, there will be slight differences in color from batch to batch.
- Wipe Clean.
If you are not satisfied with your custom curtains and want to return within the 30 days after receiving the order.
1. Items haven't been shipped out: 30% production fee needs to be deducted.
2. Items have been shipped out: Only 70% of the order amount can be refunded.
Note: Please reject the express delivery and take responsibility for the cost of returning the product to the warehouse.
3. Quality issues:
If there are quality issues like wrong size, wrong color and other issues due to our wrong product, please contact us in 30 days, we will remake new curtains for you, or modify the issues in another way to make you satisfied.
4. Incorrectly measuring:
If your incorrectly measured your window/door and receive the curtains that don’t fit perfectly, just contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution to remedy, such as you received a wider panel, then we may cut it down in width to best match your window/door. But if it’s an issue that cannot be remedied such as curtains are too narrow or too short, or you need to change a different fabric, we could give you 50% off on purchasing a second set. (Only valid within 30 days after receiving your first order)
